Shipping Methods
We ship primarily via FedEx, with AJR driver delivery and will-call pickup available in select service areas. The options shown on your order page are filtered to the methods available at your shipping address on file.

- Will-Call / Pickup (free)
- FedEx Ground (free in the continental US, 2–5 business days)
- FedEx 2nd Day (Alaska and Hawaii only)
- FedEx Standard Overnight and Priority Overnight
- FedEx International Economy (Puerto Rico, USVI, Guam, Canada, Mexico)
- FedEx Home Delivery (residential addresses — flat delivery surcharge)
Delivery Times
Orders placed before 2:00 PM CST on business days are typically processed and shipped the same day. Delivery times vary based on shipping method selected:
- FedEx Ground: 2–5 business days from ship date
- FedEx 2nd Day: 2 business days from ship date
- FedEx Standard / Priority Overnight: next business day from ship date
- FedEx International Economy: 2–5 business days from ship date
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary based on destination, weather conditions, and carrier operations. Shipments to remote or rural areas may require additional transit time.
Shipping Costs
Rates are set based on the ship-to address on file. The cost shown on your order page is what you pay — there are no separate handling charges. Ground service is free in the continental US; faster service and out-of-region shipments are priced per the matrix below. Non-GM-authorized dealers add a per-method premium (shown on their order page) on any paid shipping tier.

Core Return Shipping
Exchange orders include prepaid return shipping for your core units:
- A prepaid return shipping label will be included with your exchange shipment
- Use the original packaging to return your core unit
- Cores must be returned within 30 days of receiving the exchange unit
- Failure to return cores within the specified timeframe may result in core charges
Shipment Tracking
All shipments include tracking information. You will receive a tracking number via email when your order ships. You can track your shipment status through our online system or by contacting our customer service team.
International Shipping
Currently, we primarily ship within the continental United States. For international shipping inquiries, please contact our customer service team to discuss available options and requirements.
Damaged Shipments
If your shipment arrives damaged:
- Note the damage on the carrier's delivery receipt
- Take photos of the damaged packaging and contents
- Contact our customer service team at (800) 232-3965 within 48 hours
- Do not discard the damaged packaging until instructed
We will work with you and the carrier to resolve any shipping damage issues promptly.
